IMPORTANT EVENT POLICIES & VENUE RULES

FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICIES

  • No outside beverages are permitted.
  • All food vendors must be approved by Voodoo Brewing Co. management in advance.
  • Food vendors may not sell beverages of any kind, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Vendors may not sell or promote drug-related items, or products that are inappropriate, offensive, or not family-friendly.

EQUIPMENT & ARTIST HOSPITALITY

  • No music or production equipment is provided by the venue unless it has been specifically coordinated with management in advance.
  • Bar tabs, complimentary drinks, or other complimentary items for bands and performers must be approved and arranged with the owner prior to the day of the event. Please do not assume these will be provided.

FURNITURE & VENUE PROPERTY

  • Do not move, rearrange, or remove any furniture without prior permission from management.
  • Do not stand, sit, or remain on tables, bars, or other furniture.
  • The venue must be left in the same condition it was found—or better. All event-related items, trash, equipment, decorations, and personal belongings must be removed, and the space must be clean and organized when you leave.
